Well, its working. Didn't take as long as i thought it would. Still sucks that i have to reinstall EVERYTHING. (And reconfiguring Outlook Express was no fucking picnic, let me assure you. My mail server has some funky quirk thing about its' usernames that i forgot, so i thought that it wasn't going to work. Easy to mess up, but hey... it works now.)

Tomorrow i'm upgrading to Win2K. i've had serious computer problems for the better part of the month, and i'm finally fed up with it. My CPU is running 40 degrees too hot, and that, in addition to my stability problems, is just too much. So we're installing Win2K tomorrow afternoon, and we have a fan pointed at the back of the tower.
Grr, anyone? i had to transfer all of my stuff (webpages, pictures, programs, almost everything) to my secondary hard drive. Transferring mp3s alone took an hour, heh. (And this is with 256 mb of ram, and a 1 GHZ Athlon, mind you.) So basically this all means i can't/won't update anything - ANYTHING *whine* - until Monday, more than likely. It took Andrew 12 hours to get Win2K going on his computer, and mine is a lot fussier than his. Joy. Wednesday, April 18, 2001 | Techno Kitty

My lord, this page is beautiful. The navigation is simple and straightforward, there's bunches of stuff to see, and the graphics are lovely and quick to load. Absolutely wonderful.
